Paula Marantz Cohen
Paula Marantz Cohen is Dean of the Pennoni Honors College and Distinguished Professor of English at Drexel University. She is the author of six novels and six nonfiction books, including Alfred Hitchcock: The Legacy of Victorianism (U of Kentucky Press) and Silent Film and Triumph of the American Myth (Oxford UP). She is also the author of numerous essays in film, culture, literature, and art. She is the host of The Civil Discourse, a TV interview show broadcast on many PBS stations, and the producer and director of the film, Two Universities and the Future of China (available on Youtube). Her latest book is Talking Cure: An Essay on the Civilizing Power of Conversation(Princeton UP).
